  • What is the Imara spirit?

    We select for you the best teas and infusions from small producers in East Africa. Due to their harvest, the care attached to their making, we offer you high -end teas and infusions that will awaken your palace and your curiosity.

    Most of our activities are carried out in Africa. This means that our tea is picked there, the tea boxes and the packaging is made there and our tea is conditioned there. We only import 100% made in Africa finished products.

  • What are the means of payment?

    We offer the following means of payment:

    Bank card,Cryptocurrency.


  • How to cancel or modify an order?
    •

    service.clients@imara-tea.co . If your package is already in preparation, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order. In this case, refuse your delivery to the presentation of the carrier. Upon returning to the warehouse, the reimbursement is made between 4 and 5 working days.

  • Is there a minimum to reach an order?
    •

    No there is no minimum. However, delivery is included from 55 euros of purchase.

  • What are the countries open to delivery?

    We are currently delivering to France and Belgium.


  • How to modify the delivery address?
    •

    If the order has just been confirmed you can contact our customer service (service.clients@imara-tea.co).

    If the order has already been shipped, get closer to the carrier with your tracking number.


  • How to return the package?
    •

    You can return your order to us within 14 days after receipt of the order. IMARA does not cover the shipping costs of your return.

    The teas and infusions of the collection keep two years from the opening date.


  • How many tea cups can I taste with a box from the Kasimba ™ collection?

    • You can taste an average of 33 cups with a box of 100g.
